'FutureHorizons' started from a heartfelt aim: to share real Neapolitan pizza in Via Roma, 55. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our little pizzeria was a quaint, family-managed venture with cherished recipes passed down through family lines.
Marco Bianchi, our originator, mastered the pizza craft during her trips across Italy, learning from renowned pizza chefs in Naples, the home of pizza. When she came back to the UK, her mission was to capture the essence of Italian pizza, sticking to original recipes and selecting the top ingredients.
Our beginning was humble with just a dozen seats, yet we've become a favorite local fixture, and our dedication to excellence and authenticity hasn't changed. We still employ traditional wood-oven baking techniques, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and procure the best ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'FutureHorizons' is still in the hands of the Bianchi descendants, with a new generation at the helm of our enthusiastic crew. While we've embraced some contemporary updates, the core of our operation stays intact: crafting luscious, genuine pizza that unites people.
