Returns
You have the right to request a return within 30 minutes of receipt if you find your order unsatisfactory due to predefined reasons such as incorrect items delivered, or poor quality of food. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once we receive your return request, we will inspect the complaint and notify you that we have received your request. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Full Refunds
Full refunds are issued to the original method of payment if the mistake is confirmed to be on our part and the item has not been consumed significantly.
Partial Refunds
In cases where only a part of the order is incorrect or unsatisfactory, we may offer a partial refund to cover the affected items rather than the whole order.
No Refunds
Refunds will not be granted if a customer decides to cancel the order after the 30-minute window has closed or if the customer has consumed a significant portion of the meal that they claim to be unsatisfactory.
Exchanges
Instead of a refund, you may opt for an exchange of the item for another meal of equal or lesser value if an incorrect item is delivered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
Shipping
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
